How To Block Any Website [Without Software][Windows][2016]

Hello Friends,
I’m back with new and interesting trick to block any website without using software on your windows  computer, then you just follow the simple step which is shown below and block all unwanted sites.

Follow the steps:

Step 1: Open “Run” from the start menu or press WinKey + R.

                                 

Step 2: Just copy paste the following path and press ENTER.

%windir%system32driversetchosts]

or go to

C:WindowsSystem32DriversEtc]

Step 3: And find the file “hosts”. Then Open Properties. And Uncheck the mark from Read-Only. Then Click on Okey.

Step 4: Then open “hosts” file with notepad.

Step 5: When this hosts file is opened in Notepad, at the end of the file you will see something like “127.0.0.1 localhost”.

Step 6: Under “127.0.0.1 localhost” just add another website URL that you want to block.

For Example:-
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.2 www.youtube.com
127.0.0.3 www.facebook.com

Step 7: Save the file. And Close.

Step 8: Restart your browser if it is already running.

Step 9: Test the site is blocked or not.
